Plan, schedule, and monitor production tasks to ensure work is completed
within committed deadlines

Supervise daily fabrication and assembly activities and ensure execution as per drawings and instructions.
Determine
manpower and material resources
required for each project to ensure smooth production completion.
Allocate manpower effectively and coordinate shop-floor activities for timely execution.
Material Planning & Utilisation
Plan
material requirements
for each project and ensure effective utilisation of materials and consumables.
Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for timely material availability.
Prepare and submit
material utilisation reports (including consumables)
for each project to the
Manager
.
In-House & Outsourced Production Coordination
Plan and execute effective
synchronisation between in-house manufacturing and outsourced production activities
for each project.
Ensure outsourced activities align with internal schedules and quality requirements.
Quality, Safety & 5S
Ensure
quality assurance
of all in-house manufactured and fabricated equipment.
Implement and monitor
5S practices
as part of the daily production process.
Ensure safe, organised, and disciplined working conditions across the shop floor.
Reporting & Process Discipline
Report
daily production activities, progress, and deviations (if any)
to the
Manager
.
Work within a defined
system-driven environment
and follow established processes and reporting structures.
Candidate Profile Experience & Technical Skills
More than 3 years of experience
in fabrication, manufacturing, or shop-floor supervision.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
MS fabrication, welding, and assembly processes
.
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and instructions.
Comfortable working closely with operators, fitters, and welders.
Additional Advantage (Preferred)
Experience in
storage systems and material handling equipment production
, such as
belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, roller conveyors, stackers, or similar fabricated equipment
.
Familiarity with fabrication sequences, alignment, assembly, and trial runs of conveyor systems is a strong advantage.
