Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible

Supervisor

to manage daily operations and team activities at our Ambernath location. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of supervisory experience

, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to ensure production and quality targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities and workforce management. Ensure smooth workflow to achieve daily/weekly production targets. Allocate work responsibilities, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback. Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity records. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency. Train, motivate, and support team members for better performance.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Technical/Industrial preferred).

2-3 years of proven experience

as Supervisor/Team Leader in a manufacturing/production/operations setup. Strong people-management and leadership skills. Knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
