Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage shop-floor workforce efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, process knowledge, and a hands-on approach to production management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities as per production plans Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and machinery Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and compliance requirements Manage shift planning, attendance, discipline, and performance of production staff Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean) Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments Maintain production records, reports, and documentation Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with EHS guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning Manpower handling and team leadership skills Understanding of quality systems and safety standards Problem-solving and decision-making ability Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/MIS) Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,740.00 per month
