Job Title: Production Supervisor (2 Years Experience) Location: Santej, Gujarat Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2 years' experience Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical Experience: Fresher with strong academic or 2 years of experience. Compensation: 20,000 to 35,000 per month, depends on interview. Role Summary: We seek a motivated Diploma Mechanical to join as a Production Supervisor. You will oversee electroplating operations, ensure process efficiency, maintain lab equipment, and uphold strict safety standards. Comprehensive training will be provided to develop your technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate Electroplating Machines, Supervise plant operations and documentation. 2. Manage lab and equipment maintenance, analysis. 3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ensure housekeeping. 4. Conduct pH test and calibrate instruments. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electroplating/chemical processes (training provided). Proficiency in lab testing (pH, titration) and instrument calibration. Soft Skills: Leadership potential, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude. Strong communication (English + Gujarati/Hindi). Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a plant environment (stand, move, handle chemicals safely).
