The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations for alloy and zinc components, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and production targets. Responsibilities include managing shop floor staff, monitoring machines and casting processes, maintaining safety compliance, reducing wastage, and coordinating with quality and maintenance teams to achieve efficient output.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise zinc & alloy production line and workforce.
Monitor casting, moulding, melting & finishing processes.
Ensure product quality as per standards and minimize rejection.
Maintain production reports and daily output records.
Coordinate with QC, maintenance and store departments.
Implement safety, 5S and process improvement initiatives.
Control raw material usage and reduce scrap/wastage.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production.
Experience in zinc/alloy castings or metal manufacturing preferred.
Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills.
