Job Title & Responsbilities :- Production Supervisor For Sheet Metal

Department - Production / Fabrication

1. Production Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily sheet metal fabrication operations. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production schedules. Monitor workflow, productivity, and output quality to ensure targets are achieved.
2. Quality & Process Control

Ensure parts are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Implement and monitor quality control procedures. Identify defects or process deviations and take corrective actions.
3. Equipment & Maintenance

Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of sheet metal machines such as shears, press brakes, CNC laser cutting machines, turret punch presses, and welding equipment.
4. Workforce Supervision

Supervise, train, and motivate production operators, welders, and helpers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and attendance.
5. Documentation & Reporting.

Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and material consumption records. Track production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap rate, and downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 2years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, finishing). Familiarity with CNC machines/ Laser and fabrication software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
Candidate Must Be From Manufacturing Industry Role.
