JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

A production supervisor in Aluminum doors and windows industry should make the effective and efficient use of department resources, manpower and machines, in the production of aluminum doors using the prescribed processes and procedures in a safe and clean work environment.

Mechanical ability with broad working knowledge of the department's equipment, tools, standard operating procedures, process control, records and practices.

Effective and Efficient in the completion of duties.

Able to learn and contribute to improving the Aluminum Department's systems and procedures.

Schedule shift according to production needs

Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

Prepare and submit status and performance reports

Keep paperwork organized

Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Supervise the employees in the safe production of quality aluminum doors and windows.

Be knowledgeable of, implement and train the employees in the standard operating and quality procedures.

Organize, maintain and analyze production performance records and data. Approving employees shift time and work performed through manual means and computer entry.

Communicate conclusions and results.

Understand, communicate and enthusiastically strive to achieve the safety, quality and production requirements of the department and the company. Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

Qualifications:

Btech (Mechanical engineering) or any relevant background Need min 1 year experience in Production of Aluminum Doors and Windows
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
