Factory Supervisor - Production (Daman)

About the Job

This is a job for a

Supervisor

at our

factory in Daman

. You will be in charge of making sure a specific part of the production line runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead Your Team:

You will manage a small team of

factory workers

. You need to assign their daily tasks, make sure they know what to do, and check that they are doing their work correctly and on time.

Production Planning:

You will make sure that the right amount of product is made each day as per the

production schedule

(the daily target).

Quality Check:

You must regularly check the products being made to ensure they meet our

quality standards

(no defects or damage).

Safety First:

You are responsible for ensuring all workers follow the

safety rules

in the factory. You must keep the work area clean and organized.

Report Problems:

If a machine breaks down, or if there is a problem with the materials or the product quality, you must immediately inform your

Senior Manager

Manage Records:

You will keep simple records of

daily output

, worker attendance, and any material wastage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
