Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production activities on the shop floor and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of production jobs.
Maintain equipment handling discipline and report any breakdowns or deviations.
Ensure proper adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S practices
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Leadership qualities and ability to supervise workers.
Problem-solving attitude with readiness to take responsibility.
Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
Qualifications:
Any Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers or 0-1 year experience can apply.
