Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production operations to achieve shift-wise and daily targets. Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines. Monitor production output, efficiency, material usage, and wastage levels. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor. Maintain proper records of production data, shift reports, and downtime logs. Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment. Ensure product quality by following process parameters and working closely with the QA/QC team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of production planning and process flow. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

for production reporting and data management. Familiar with

5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing

principles (preferred). Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred). Experience: 2

-4 years

of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
