Experience Required

Minimum 5 years

of hands-on experience in

PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

and

heavy fabrication

. Prior experience as a

Welding Supervisor

is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of

fabrication processes

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and ability to

read & interpret technical drawings

. Good leadership and team supervision abilities. Knowledge of

welding processes

and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with engineers and welders to maintain workflow and resolve issues. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and production protocols. Interpret structural drawings and guide the team accordingly. Monitor welding and fabrication quality and ensure compliance with client requirements.
