Title: MANUFACTURING AND PRODUCTION Supervisor

Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM Monday to Saturday

Salary : 25k to 30k (Depending on experience)

Location: Rajlaxmi Compound, Kahler Bhiwandi

Handle day-to-day production on the shop floor, keep output smooth, fix issues quickly, and make sure orders go out on time with proper quality.

Key responsibilities

Guide operators and helpers, assign work, and monitor progress

Keep track of material, machines, and downtime

Check quality at each stage and flag problems early

Coordinate with store, dispatch, and QC teams

Maintain basic reports: production, wastage, machine logs

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the floor

Suggest process improvements.

Skills

Working knowledge of Excel (must)

Comfortable working on the shop floor, near machines

Can deal with laborers, operators, and raw material vendors confidently

Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM Monday to Saturday
