We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee production operations at our plastic molding facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes, machine operation, and quality control while ensuring efficient production and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations.
Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
Monitor production quality and troubleshoot molding defects.
Oversee mold changes, machine maintenance, and process optimization.
Train and manage production staff to meet output and quality targets.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in injection molding, with supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Haitian, Toshiba, Engel, or similar molding machines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and improve efficiency.
Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
