Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or manufacturing, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers and operators. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency. Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks, and provide training to new and existing team members. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance when necessary. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to support seamless operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Support inventory control processes and materials planning.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and solve problems under pressure. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights may be required. Shift work, overtime, or weekend hours may be necessary based on production demands.
