Role Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets in CT/PT (Current Transformer / Potential Transformer) manufacturing. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and hands-on experience with electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the production team to meet daily production targets. Plan, organize, and monitor production processes for CT/PT units. Ensure all work is performed as per technical drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with QC, Purchase, and Store departments for smooth operations. Maintain machine and equipment functionality; coordinate for repairs/maintenance. Analyse production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper material handling, safety guidelines, and housekeeping in the production area. Train and guide operators and technicians for efficient workflow. Prepare daily production reports and share updates with management. Monitor manpower allocation and improve productivity.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of CT/PT manufacturing processes. Understanding of electrical components and transformers. Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and basic quality tools (preferable).
