Daily production planning and execution as per schedule.
Supervision of Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, CNC Bending and Fabrication operations.
Monitoring production output, quality and timelines.
Manpower deployment and shift-wise allocation of workers.
Identification and control of material shortage and coordination with Store/Procurement.
Ensuring proper utilization of machines and reduction of wastage & rework.
Maintaining safety, housekeeping and 5S in fabrication shop.
Preparation of daily/weekly production reports and MIS.
Coordination with Quality, Maintenance and PPC departments.
Troubleshooting production and process-related issues on the shop floor
