Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are met with quality and efficiency. Monitor workforce performance and provide guidance/training when needed. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Prepare production reports and update management regularly. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety practices. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus.
