Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

Production Supervisor

to manage daily manufacturing operations at our Bahadurgarh factory. This role is for someone who understands factory reality. Machines, manpower, hygiene, timelines, wastage, and discipline. If your idea of supervision is sitting in an office, this job is not for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet output, quality, and timeline targets Ensure production plans are executed as per schedule Monitor batch-wise production, yields, and wastage Coordinate with stores for raw material availability

Manpower Management

Allocate operators, helpers, and line workers efficiently Ensure discipline, attendance, and shift adherence Train workers on SOPs, hygiene, and safety practices Escalate manpower or performance issues proactively

Quality & Hygiene

Ensure compliance with hygiene, GMP, and food safety norms Follow SOPs for cleaning, sanitation, and handling Coordinate with QA for quality checks and corrective actions

Machine & Process Control

Monitor machine performance and downtime Report breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance Ensure proper changeovers and line setups

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily production reports, batch records, and logs Record wastage, rejections, and deviations Share daily updates with Factory Manager / Operations Team

Compliance & Safety

Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor Support audits and inspections (internal or external)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Graduate in Production, Mechanical, Food Technology, or related field 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or food/beverage manufacturing Strong understanding of production flow and shop-floor operations Ability to manage blue-collar workforce Basic knowledge of Excel and production reporting
