The Production Supervisor - Aluminum Plant is responsible for managing end-to-end aluminum manufacturing operations, ensuring targeted production output, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control. This role requires strong shop-floor control and hands-on experience in aluminum processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily aluminum production activities including melting, casting
Achieve production targets as per production plan
Monitor melting practices, alloy composition, pouring temperature, and process parameters.
Manage shift-wise manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and inspection requirements.
Identify and reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure machine availability and preventive maintenance.
Maintain daily production reports, shift logs, rejection data, and MIS.
Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Skills & Competencies
understanding of aluminum casting and manufacturing processes.
Qualification & Experience
3-7 years of relevant experience in an aluminum manufacturing or casting plant.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
