Responsible for overseeing daily production activities, including raw material handling, batch formulation, quality sampling, packaging, and plant hygiene. Coordinates with QA/QC for approvals, ensures compliance with SOPs, maintains production records, and supports shift-wise reporting and handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan daily/monthly production with the Production Manager. Arrange space and supervise unloading of raw/packaging materials. Collect and submit RM, DM water, and batch samples to QA/QC. Receive and implement approved batch recipes and packaging plans. Monitor batch formulation and packaging processes per QA/QC-approved guidelines. Ensure proper calibration of weighing scales and maintain logbooks. Coordinate QA/QC sampling of formulated products and packaging label approval. Maintain production, temperature, weight, and pending reports. Ensure cleanliness, scrap handling, and safe storage in the plant.

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical/FMCG production preferred. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and GMP practices. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to maintain records and work across shifts.
