Job Title: Production Supervisor - Corrugated Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities (corrugator, converting, finishing, etc.)
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met
Lead, train, and motivate production employees
Enforce safety rules, company policies, and housekeeping standards
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime
Track production output, waste, efficiency, and labour performance
Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and issues
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience in corrugated manufacturing or packaging production
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of corrugator and converting equipment
Understanding of safety, quality, and lean manufacturing principles
Basic computer skills (production systems, reports, email)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
