Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for
liquid (oral/topical) and ointment/cream
formulations.
Ensure production targets are met with
minimum downtime, wastage, and rework
.
Monitor and control critical process parameters during manufacturing and filling operations.
Coordinate with Engineering for equipment maintenance and breakdown handling.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with
cGMP, SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, and regulatory guidelines
(WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, etc., as applicable).
Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Ensure proper line clearance, documentation accuracy, and data integrity.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate production officers, supervisors, and operators.
Allocate manpower effectively across shifts.
Identify training needs and ensure skill development of team members.
Enforce discipline, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
