As a Control Design Owner you will be end-to-end responsible for designing and driving the controls in line with control objectives.

• Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, the Secrets Management capability centrally manages credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.
• The Production Specialist is responsible for the supply of IT services to the bank.

Your key responsibilities

• Resolving events and complex issues with an awareness of overlapping and different technology areas
• Identifying where IT designs can be strengthened and provide value to the bank
• Partnering with product development to ensure that the business needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design and branding approaches
• Providing technical delivery governance on all related IT platforms and delivering technical expertise for support in outage co-ordination
• Embracing a Continuous Service Improvement approach to drive efficiencies and remove repetition to stream-line support activities

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Related industry certifications in cyber security, would give an advantage
• Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) in a production support role following ITIL service management practices, preferably on a cyber security product (including secrets management platforms) in Banking industry
• Excellent stakeholder management skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities and proven capability to work under pressure during critical incidents
• Hands-on experience with secrets management platforms, cloud platforms, and ServiceNow as well as familiarity with DevOps toolchain to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive support
