The Opportunity:

Nutanix unites public cloud simplicity and agility with private cloud performance and security. The documentation team of Nutanix creates and maintains the software and hardware documentation. We work closely with the engineering/PM/support teams and develop quality technical documentation to help our customers. You will be part of a small but impactful team with very high engagement scores from the current team members with ample opportunity to grow and expand your skill set.

As part of this role, you will be developing and maintaining the documentation tools that will enhance the employee and customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience. This might require research and innovation on integrating the new tools into our current environment to enhance the user experience further

Your Role:

• Document new products, platforms, and features
• Automate steps in documentation development and publishing processes.
• Demonstrate the viability of Schematron and content reuse.
• Support API documentation tool.
• Deploy continuous integration for documentation publishing.
• Analyze internal and usage metrics to gain insights.
• Develop transformations to present data as part of the documentation.
• Dynamic creation of online help creation.
• Research and develop video tutorial creation

• Intermediate level of Python programming experience.
• Intermediate level of JavaScript programming experience.
• Intermediate level of Github experience.
• Familiarity with structured content such as DITA.
• Familiarity with documentation standards.
• Familiarity with structured data such as JSON.
• Familiarity with transformation languages such as XPath and XSLT.
• Graduate in computer science or related field
