Production Shift In-Charge

We are hiring a Production Shift In-Charge to supervise and manage day-to-day operations of our polymer compounding lines during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background with experience in managing manufacturing processes in plastics or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production of Nylon 6, Nylon 66, and PBT compounds Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols Operate and monitor extrusion, blending, and pelletizing machinery Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth workflow Record shift-wise production data, downtime, and raw material consumption Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency Train and supervise shift operators and technicians

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in a plastic, polymer, or chemical manufacturing setup Knowledge of compounding, extrusion lines, and production KPIs is a plus Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: Up to ?480,000.00 per year
