Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage feed mill operations during assigned shift ensuring optimal productivity. Execute production plans and monitor process parameters and raw material usage. Ensure timely coordination with maintenance and quality teams. Maintain records, generate shift reports, and report variances. Adhere to quality, safety, and hygiene standards as per SOPs and industry norms. Lead and guide the shift team to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
