(Experience in Petrochemical industry will not be considered)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production - Shift In-charge with strong hands-on exposure in the Edible Oil Industry. The role involves managing end-to-end production operations during shifts, ensuring process efficiency, quality compliance, safety, and smooth functioning of plant equipment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise edible oil production processes such as refining, hydrogenation, fractionation, bleaching, deodorization, filtration, separation, fat modification, and packing.
Ensure smooth shift operations, manpower management, and adherence to production targets.
Monitor and control processes using SCADA / DCS systems.
Troubleshoot process, quality, and engineering issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure safe operation of plant equipment and compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.
Technical Skills Requirement
Strong knowledge of continuous & batch edible oil processing.
Hands-on operating knowledge of pumps, fans, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, high-speed rotating equipment, cooling towers, etc.
Experience in handling critical plant operations and process control systems.
Other Requirements
Proficiency in operating SCADA / DCS systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to process, quality, and engineering.
Ability to lead teams and handle shift-based production environments.
