We are looking for an experienced

Shift In-Charge - Production

to lead and manage production operations during assigned shifts in our edible oil processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage shift operations including crushing, refining, bleaching, deodorization, fractionation, and packing. Lead a team of production staff to ensure daily targets are met. Monitor and control production parameters using SCADA/DCS systems. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food safety standards. Troubleshoot process, quality, and basic engineering issues during the shift. Maintain shift-wise reports and documentation. Coordinate with maintenance and utility teams for smooth plant operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or Oil & Fats Technology. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the edible oil or chemical process industry. At least 3 years of experience leading a production shift/team.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of edible oil extraction and processing operations. Experience with both batch and continuous operations (IE, Hydro, Fractionation). Familiarity with pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, blowers, and cooling towers. Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Knowledge of process quality control and food safety standards. Competency in using SCADA/DCS systems.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
