Profile - Production Shift In-charge

Qualification - B.Tech/ Diploma- Mech.

Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. in foundry industry

Location - Bhilai

Working Hours - 12

Oversee the activities of the shift workers, ensuring that they follow the assigned tasks and meet production targets.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and the requirements of the shift.

Monitor the production processes to ensure they are carried out efficiently and meet the quality standards.

Ensure that production schedules are met and coordinate with other shifts to maintain continuous operations.

Inspect the finished products and processes to ensure they comply with the company's quality standards and specifications.

Address any quality issues immediately and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conduct regular safety checks and audits to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.

Report any incidents or accidents promptly and ensure proper documentation and investigation.
