Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations ( ELECTRONIC COMPANY )

Supervise and control production activities on the shop floor during the assigned 12-hour shift Ensure daily production targets are met as per planning Monitor machine operations and minimize downtime Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling
Manpower Management

Allocate manpower efficiently across machines and processes Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of shop-floor workers Guide and train operators/helpers for correct work practices
Quality Control

Ensure production output meets quality standards Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality guidelines
Safety & Compliance

Ensure all safety rules and PPE usage on the shop floor Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards Report accidents, near-miss incidents, and unsafe conditions
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare shift production reports and handover notes Coordinate with QC, Stores, Maintenance, and HR departments Escalate production or manpower issues to management

Skills & Requirements

Experience in manufacturing/production environment Knowledge of shop-floor operations and manpower handling Basic understanding of quality and safety standards Ability to work in

12-hour shifts

Good communication and leadership skills

Qualification & Experience

Education:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)

Experience:

2-5 years in manufacturing production (Floor/Line In-Charge role preferred)
