We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our team in supporting the Production and Service Department. The primary responsibilities include soldering, assembling instruments, conducting QC testing, and supporting customers through installation, maintenance, and technical support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform soldering of electronic components with precision and accuracy
Assemble instruments as per technical drawings and standard procedures
Conduct QC testing of assembled instruments using defined checklists
Prepare documentation and reports as per checklist requirements
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and fellow technicians to deliver service excellence
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and instruments
Monitor equipment performance and assist in developing preventative maintenance plans
Perform quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
Deliver demonstrations and training to customers on safe and effective equipment use
Provide feedback for product improvements and new features
Manage inventory and place orders for necessary materials
Conduct industry research and attend workshops for continuous learning
Report regularly to Managers and Supervisors with findings and insights
Support sales activities by achieving set goals and quotas
Education:
Diploma/BE/B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics & Communication or Instrumentation Engineering
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer operations
Troubleshooting skills for electronics and instruments
Willingness to adapt to organizational requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Active listening and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Professional attitude and growth-oriented mindset
