Production cum QC Executive

Location:

Saifee Industries - Bhosari MIDC

Reporting to:

Production Manager

Education:

Any Graduate preferred, based on relevant experience 3-4 yrs or BSC/ Diploma in Mechanical engineering

Preferred skills

Knowledge of Production process, Basic understanding of Quality Control practices and documentation

Exposure to QC checks & procedures would be an added advantage

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a cross-functional and diverse team

Problem solving abilities

Analytical thinking skills

5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, DMAIC

Key responsibilities:

Production:

Ensure proper production and scheduling in the given timeframe and production target achievement

Ensure proper machine and manpower utilization, need to maintain manpower productivity standards

Process loss monitoring and ensure reduction through corrective measures

Verify dimensional accuracy of black materials according to specifications.

Ensure material surface cleaning and maintain the quality as per the requirement of client

Quality:

Conduct quality control checks for every lot during production, ensuring coating thickness is within the specified range

Maintain accurate documentation for QC inspections

Conduct tank inspections before starting the production and ensure all process parameters are within the range

Coordinate with production and purchase to facilitate smooth operations

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements in material handling and storage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
