Job Title:

Sr. Production & Quality Manager

Qualification Required:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferably in Component / E.V.E.C. / Q.A.)

Experience Required:

Minimum 7 years in Production & Quality Management Exposure to Manufacturing Industry preferred

Plan, direct, and manage overall shop operations. Ensure smooth functioning of production and quality processes. Develop and implement production schedules as per requirements. Supervise and guide shop floor teams for efficient operations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of production targets. Implement and monitor production processes, engineering practices, and shop floor discipline. Conduct and manage audits, ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards. Maintain plant operations and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Required:

Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems. Hands-on experience in ERP / MIS reporting. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards. Strong problem-solving and productivity improvement skills. Ability to manage production schedules and meet customer requirements.

Salary Offered:

₹35,000 per month (CTC)
