Production Quality Head - Aluminum Ingot Manufacturing

We are hiring a

Production Quality Head

to oversee and manage the quality of daily production at our aluminum recycling and ingot manufacturing unit.

Location

: Tumkur vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area

Job Type

: Full-time | On-site

Experience

: 3-10 years (must have QC/production background)

Salary

: ?25,000 - ?55,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

:

Check and maintain the

quality of aluminum ingots

Supervise daily

production processes and labor quality

Maintain

QC logs, raw material usage, and issue reports

Coordinate with supervisors for process improvements Report production summary to management daily

Required Skills

:

ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production 3+ years in production or quality control (preferably in metals/foundry)

Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

(for QC reporting)

Must know Hindi (for labor communication)

Kannada & Basic English

(preferred) Basic documentation and inspection techniques Good communication and leadership skills
