Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineer to manage

production activities and quality control

for repair and refurbishment of LT & HT motors and generators in our service facility.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise dismantling, rewinding, assembly, and testing of motors & generators Ensure

quality standards and inspection procedures

are followed at all stages Identify root causes of failures and recommend repair solutions Coordinate with winding, machine shop, and testing teams Monitor job progress, documentation, and final inspection reports Implement process improvements for

quality, safety, and productivity

Support ISO documentation and technical reporting
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

LT & HT motor construction & insulation systems

Experience in

testing & quality inspection of repaired machines

Hands-on troubleshooting ability Team handling and production coordination skills Familiarity with industrial safety and quality systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
