5-7 years in the fabrication industry manufacturing chemical process equipment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refineries.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Proficient in software like MS Project.
Strong coordination skills to manage multiple departments.
Ability to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
Manpower Handling Skill.
Daily and weekly planning work.
Knowledge about ASME/TEMA code.
Knowledge of welding consumable.
Experience in conducting inspections for weld quality, material checks, and final equipment testing.
Knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, etc.) and quality assurance processes.
Ability to maintain detailed inspection records and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Experience in client-side inspections with TPI agencies.
