Job Description

Job Title: Production / Quality Control Engineer - Laser Cutting Industry

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher / 0-3 Years

Education: B.E./B.Tech /Diploma/ITI- Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:Production Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and manage

laser cutting machines

and related equipment. Ensure

daily production targets

are met while maintaining quality standards. Prepare

production schedules

in coordination with planning and sales teams. Monitor

machine utilization, downtime, and efficiency metrics

. Implement

lean manufacturing practices

to optimize production. Assist in

troubleshooting machine issues

and coordinate with the maintenance team.

Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities:

Inspect finished parts for

dimensional accuracy

and compliance with drawings/specifications. Conduct

material checks, weld inspections, and surface finish verification

. Maintain

QC documentation and reports

for internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to

ISO or other quality standards

(if applicable). Collaborate with production teams to

reduce defects and scrap

. Suggest and implement

process improvements

for better quality outcomes.

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with

fiber laser or CO? laser cutting machines

. Exposure to

sheet metal fabrication

and

assembly processes

. Knowledge of

ERP/MRP systems

for production tracking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
