Assist in quality inspection of raw materials and finished products
Perform basic measurements using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
Support senior QC engineers in conducting quality tests
Prepare inspection reports and maintain QC documentation
Check product dimensions as per engineering drawings
Coordinate with production team for quality-related issues
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the QC area
Required Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical instruments (basic level)
Ability to read engineering/technical drawings (training can be provided)
Good observation and analytical skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow in the QC department
