We are seeking a

Production & QC Coordinator

with a

Food Technology background

to oversee daily production, quality, and safety operations. The role ensures product compliance, smooth coordination with internal teams, and effective collaboration with

3rd-party manufacturing partners

.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs. Conduct in-process and finished-product quality checks. Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with 3rd-party manufacturers for schedules and quality compliance. Support internal and external production audits. Maintain QC documentation, reports, and records. Assist in troubleshooting production or quality deviations. Ensure timely communication between production, QA, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Food Technology

or related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in production & QC (food industry must). Strong knowledge of quality assurance, food safety, and GMP. Experience in production audits and documentation. Ability to coordinate with external/3rd-party manufacturers. Good English communication skills (written & verbal). Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
