Flo Mattress

Flo Mattress is one of India's fastest-growing premium sleep brands. To support our

fast-paced production and retail expansion, we need a sharp, efficient coordinator who

can manage raw material procurement, supplier communication, and production flow with

discipline and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

? Coordinate with raw material suppliers for foam, fabric, packaging, and

accessories.

? Share purchase requirements, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipts.

? Track vendor timelines, rates, and shortages.

Material Planning & Stock Management

? Monitor daily stock levels across categories.

? Raise alerts for low inventory and initiate purchase requests.

? Maintain updated records of inward/outward material movement.

Production Coordination

? Update production team with daily material availability.

? Ensure required materials reach the production floor on time.

? Follow up on production progress and report delays.

Logistics & Pickups

? Arrange pickups from suppliers and coordinate with transporters.

? Track incoming trucks, shipments, and delays.

? Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting

? Maintain GRNs, purchase records, inward sheets, and stock registers.

? Generate production vs. material consumption reports.

? Maintain vendor SLAs and payment follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate Profile

? 2-4 years in procurement, supply chain coordination, or production coordination.

? Strong at follow-ups, discipline, and documentation.

? Good with Excel / Google Sheets.

? Organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure.

? Manufacturing or raw material background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
