Production Process Operator / Tray Packer

Duty Hours:

8 Hours (Rotational Shift)

We are urgently hiring for the position of Production Process Operator / Tray Packer for our operations at Hershey India, Mandideep. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic production activities and capable of working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate tray packing machines and ensure smooth production flow. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the production line. Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support the team in meeting daily production targets. Report any machine issues or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc or ITI (any trade). Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a production or packaging role (preferred). Freshers with relevant education may also apply.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of production processes. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical stamina and discipline.
