Job Description
- Melting, Gravity Die Casting, Fettling & Core Making.
- Knowledge about Induction furnace BT furnace.
- Experience in metal preparation and metal modification for both GDC and PDC process.
- Making raw material and consumable plan.
- Experience in furnace patchwork and lining work.
- Knowledge about Spector analysis, K-Mold, vacuum test, and degassing process.
- Knowledge in Flex usage.
- Knowledge in Production planning and controlling.
- Knowledge in POKA YOKE implementation.
- Knowledge in metal transfer ladle preparation and temperature maintenance.
- Knowledge in fettling shot blasting, heat treatment, dispatch, and also final inspection.
