Job Description

Manage

production operations & new product development (NPD)

in injection moulding. Handle

production planning, shift operations & manpower optimization

. Execute

machine & process setup

, mold trials, troubleshooting, and process freezing. Work with

cold runner, hot runner & semi hot runner molds

. Operate injection moulding machines from

50T to 1500T

(Haitian, JSW, Fanuc, Toyo, etc.). Oversee

preventive maintenance

of molds and machines. Manage

material planning, reconciliation & production documentation

. Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001:2015 / IATF standards

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

engineering plastics

(PP, ABS, PC, Nylon, POM, HDPE, PBT, TPE, etc.) Expertise in

process optimization & production efficiency

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
