Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our fabrication production processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets - Plan and prioritize production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation - Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and waste reduction - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies - Lead and train production team members to enhance productivity and efficiency - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering - 5-10 years of experience in fabrication production supervision - Experience in bridge bearing and expansion joints manufacturing preferred - Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools - Leadership and team management skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Note: No candidate will be entertained who have Bachelors degree as we clearly mentioned that only ITI or Diploma are required for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,870.67 - ₹20,321.16 per month
