• Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad
• Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical formulation industries
• Preferred Skills: Proficient in ERP systems (Pharmacloud preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes, including raising indents for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
• Coordinate and raise work orders for RM/PM materials as per requirement.
• Track and follow up on pending procurement orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels; identify shortages based on production planning requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding new export orders with third-party partners.
• Handle receipt of export work orders and manage corresponding load plans.
• Maintain and monitor minimum and maximum batch sizes per production standards.
• Review master pending orders for new production plans.
• Prioritize and expedite RM/PM materials under testing for timely quality release.
• Prepare packing details post-batch completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and maintain batch coding procedures based on product-specific requirements.
• Generate production output reports and communicate key findings.
• Update dosage procedures weekly to align with production planning and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with external parties via email regarding product dispatches, order status, and requirements.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce holding costs.
