What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

Drive

production planning

by following up with buyers for new orders & updating status in systems. Conduct

BOM analysis & inventory planning

(Min/Max, Re-order levels) with shortage forecasting. Arrange for

Raw Materials (RM) & Packaging Materials (PM)

as per requirements. Issue

Purchase Orders (POs)

ensuring timely material delivery to plants. Coordinate with

Production & Line teams

to meet buyer timelines. Liaise with

Warehouse/FG teams

for dispatches and deliveries. Prepare & manage

MIS reports

(RM/PM, order status, DPR, inventory & dispatch).

Lead and mentor

a procurement team to achieve operational excellence. Stay ahead by adopting

industry best practices

in procurement and supply chain.
