Job Summary:

. The role involves managing production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules in alignment with sales forecasts and demand. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to resolve delays or bottlenecks. Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process. Collaborate with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortage. Prepare reports related to production planning, output, and performance metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1+ years) in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain. Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and scheduling techniques. Proficient in MS Office tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
