: Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, Excellent Communication with internal and external parties and Team management abilities, Basic computer skill & excel knowledge, Supply Chain management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan, Schedule and coordinate production activities to meet customer deadlines and production targets.

2. Ensure availability and proper use of raw materials for smooth production

3. Planners need to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously. Strong organizational skills help in efficiently managing resources and timelines.

4. Monitor Production Progress, handle disruptions and resolve productivity issues.

5. Communicate production status,potential delays in sales, and Customer service to management.

6. Being able to analyze data related to delivery failure can help in making informed decisions and optimizing processes.

7. Planners often work as part of a team that includes Purchase, Production, Quality and Marketing professionals. Being a team player and collaborating effectively is essential.
