Job Summary

We are seeking a

detail-oriented & proactive Production Planner

to oversee embroidery production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, meet deadlines, and optimize the use of machines & materials.

Key Responsibilities

1? Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop & maintain detailed production schedules for embroidery orders, considering machine capacity, material availability & delivery timelines. Analyze work orders to determine the most efficient production sequences. Coordinate with merchandising to align schedules with customer requirements. Create & manage

Time and Action (T&A) calendars

to track progress. Monitor production, identify bottlenecks & adjust schedules as needed.

2? Resource & Material Management

Allocate raw materials (yarns, fabrics, embellishments) as per production needs. Coordinate with procurement for timely material deliveries. Assign embroidery machines & operators for optimal utilization. Monitor inventory levels & manage replenishment of raw materials & finished goods.

? Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Textile Technology, Production Management, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in production planning (embroidery/garment industry preferred). Strong understanding of production processes & resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Excel & production planning tools. Excellent communication & coordination skills. Attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills.
