Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

PPC (Production Planning & Control) Executive

with a strong background in

plastics or poly bag manufacturing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels. Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for material availability. Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation. Track and report production performance, delays, and bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records of production data and ensure compliance with company standards. Work closely with quality control to maintain product standards.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

PPC within plastics/poly bag manufacturing industry

. Strong understanding of production processes, raw materials, and machinery used in plastic/poly bag manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

Graduate , Production, or related field preferred.
